I recently came across this posting on one of my mentors website. I was so deeply touched by the simple, yet profound message that I wanted to share it with everyone!

Hopi Elders Message

You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that THIS is the hour.
And there are things to be considered:
Where are you living?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.
This could be a good time!
There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold onto the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore,
push off into the river.
Keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally,
least of all ourselves.
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey
comes to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

Coping with Change

As the mountain dew fog descended from the heavens to lie gently upon the meadow below, a small child of 6 tucked herself even tighter into the hollow of the giant Maple tree that sat high atop the Appalachian ridge that overlooked her home. The ancient Maple tree graciously wrapped its arms around her every night until the ‘hillbilly monster’ would pass out from too much moonshine and too many pills of ‘hillbilly heroine’. Eventually, the lights in the mobile home in the holler far below would go out and she knew it was once again safe to return home to her own bed.

That little girl was me and so it was most nights as a child that the main objective was to remain small and out of sight during the night and completely dualistic to be daddy’s special girl during the day.

During the day, I was propelled to heights of supremacy simply by being ‘daddy’s special girl’ and received a tremendous amount of attention because of my ability to spout hatred and make my father proud. During the evening when he morphed into the ‘hillbilly monster’, out of site equaled out of mind and that of course was the main goal in survival until the sun would rise again for another day. In order to maintain this state of existence, I had to learn how to not only cope with change but to become ever vigilant or perhaps hyper-vigilant is a better word as to when change was coming and more importantly how I had to instantaneously morph in order to survive.

Adaptability and ability to shift in any given second was how I have perceived change most of my life. In my childhood, I now realize that I received many gifts like the ability to be constantly aware of my surroundings. For me as a child, the ability to perceive oncoming change was imperative to my survival and it has indeed served me well in my life, especially in the corporate world but it was also wrought with the need to control and manipulate.

Through a tremendous amount of healing work on my own and being touched by grace, which is beyond words, I have come to believe that my choice of families on this lifetime was such a blessing. I have come to realize that the depths of terror and trauma that I have experienced in my life are only now equal to the love and light that I am experiencing today.

I am grateful for each and every human being that I have been blessed with in my life, especially the difficult ones that have brought me the greatest glimpses of my shadow and projections.

Change for me as of lately has been about letting go of everything that I have ever known or thought myself to be and allowing source to flow through me unobstructed from ‘personal or spiritual ego’. Clearing out level after level, releasing, reformatting and reprogramming my brain and my being.

I have only but Divine Grace to thank for my transformation thus far. In one day and in one simple act of being patted on the head like a puppy by the Hindu Saint Ammachi great transformation was facilitated beyond my small intellects understanding. Years of karma literally just dropped around my feet in a blast of Grace that would begin the opening of my heart and start me on a journey that I often refer to as my enrollment in the ‘Speed course for the spiritually impaired’.

This transformation only occurred but a short 6 years ago and on most days I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude for the blessings that have been showered upon me.

There are also days, I must admit that it is also a bit overwhelming as I feel as I have been shot out of a spiritual cannon into the world carrying this powerful message of Collaboration, Unity Consciousness, LOVE and Overcoming of Suffering that I feel I barely understand myself.

In 2006, during a meditation I was given a complete download of purpose for an organization, which was to be called ‘Whispering Energy’, and which would ultimately bring many together in collaboration. I remember writing feverishly to keep up the dictation which included everything from the vision of Unity Consciousness and the mission of ‘Cultivating Global Healing, One Soul at a Time’ to the actual colors of the website that were to be used.

I also vividly remember looking up at the sky and saying to Source that surely you must have the wrong person for this task. Me, who had been taught and recapitulated separation, segregation and competition all my life until that moment.

I spent the next three years attempting to create this vision through the veil of my personal and spiritual ego with many ups, downs and successes and failures. Learning, growing and evolving each and everyday at a rate of speed that was often hard to keep up with, but feeling the whole time as if there was this unseen force poking me in the back as if to encourage me onward.

In my attempts to still control what was around me, I found myself overcompensating consistently to encourage and facilitate collaboration. Believing that if I did more that everyone would just learn to collaborate together. If I used my business and influence skills to uplift them then they would expand and be successful and would want to collaborate.

What I wasn’t doing was being honest with myself or with them about the importance of doing the work to heal themselves first and foremost. I had already at that point done a tremendous amount of work on myself and knew the importance, but up until then I had spent a lifetime of being scared to death to share my past with others for so many fear filled reasons. I wasn’t being transparent with people even though I was asking them to be transparent. I just wasn’t willing to let others truly see me. I was still choosing to be a victim to my own story, instead of allowing myself and my experience to be utilized as an example of what is possible when we are committed to merging the duality within ourselves.

It wasn’t until this past year that I realized that all that I was doing was draining myself by taking on so much and that indeed all I was doing was creating a group of shakti junkies that only came for the energy and had no intention of doing the work that they needed to do for themselves. I had set myself up as the doer, the controller and allowed many to jump onboard and allow me to carry them.

In July of 2010, I had gotten very sick and after a couple of hospitalizations was diagnosed by the western medical system with autoimmune hepatitis and stage 3 liver failure. Suddenly the path shifted and I found myself temporarily shutting down Whispering Energy as I found myself processing many polarities including life/death and annihilation/special.

I had a sense that this liver failure was in fact only a huge wake up call or cosmic 2 X 4 that was forcing me to see, process and release any remaining fear, hatred, judgments or lack of forgiveness for others and most importantly for myself.

A beautiful example I believe of allowing change to move and flow and be without any controlling from myself. As soon as I was able to let go on another deeper level, then again grace flowed.

The change of a child, which was very much constructed of hyper-vigilance, has now been replaced with a request for all Change to be filled with faith and to flow with the divine order of life.

Quiet the difference but one that I am deeply committed to embracing day by day and one step at a time. I know that I am only a grain of sand in a huge ocean of divinity and I have a very strong belief that I am but a vessel for source to flow.

With that belief, I think that my responsibility is to keep that vessel as clear as I possibly can which for me means providing nutritious foods for my body, making time for meditation and balance and constantly being aware and processing whatever comes up for me moment to moment and for me personally continually witnessing how PTSD attempts to pull me back out of wholeness.

I know that I am very blessed to have shed much of the materialism of life through having the ability to perform a tremendous amount of selfless service and I am constantly amazed as I watch layers and layers of personal and spiritual ego continually shed themselves from me.

Today, I find myself in what I can only describe as a ‘blind faith’ that I am guided by many divine beings and that the light that now shines through me will always illuminate the darkness and that there is nothing to fear.

I don’t know that I even believe that Change exists anymore. There really is no Change as I live from present moment to present moment. Its just Flow!

Before me, I no longer see
A Child lost; A Woman at odds with
Her own existence;
A woman so alienated from her
Own Humanness, she was unable
To either Love or be Loved:
Although these were the things most desired.

I no longer see a broken
Angel, fists clenched,
Eyes filled with sadness and self hatred;
A woman trapped by
Fear; who had become its prisoner
Of another time, and another voice,
Unable to see the Light,
The Way to freedom these Demons.

I am grateful for those who saw this, and more;
For those who saw strength not yet realized;
For those who saw a pink diamond, a jewel of a soul, yet polished;
For those who saw and heard determination, desire,
Courage to change a life so torn.
For those who saw Promise,
For those who saw Tenacity

Today
I see ME;
I see a Miracle;

And I am filled with pride
Touched with tender emotion.
It is like looking in a mirror;
Seeing “little Becky” beginning to smile;
Hearing her laugh, hearing her joy.

I see me standing straight, vulnerable,
Honest as I can be today; with

A vulnerable girl-child of God,

Teachable, humble at times,
even eager to the challenges.

What it takes to be Successful in Social Media.

The one thing that WE have definitely found in the past few years in collaboration is that none of our businesses will move forward without our impeccable, committed, detailed and dedicated attention to learning in the classes LIVE, watching the webinar replays, reading and learning constantly, lots of research, dedicated time spent each day on social media connecting with people and most importantly watching your network and deleting those that you do not feel are in alignment with what you are offering.

If you are lucky enough to have Loving Care Specialist Service, they do a great job of choosing people that feel in alignment with your energy and building your network for you. It’s very important to remember however that they are adding quickly based on energy and they get only a glimpse of people when they are choosing. It is up to the client to interact with their own network and decide personally. Knowing your network is vital to your success. It’s all about relationship building and connecting on a heart level with others.

It really is a huge commitment and I can tell you success story after success story that I have been blessed with watching!

Greetings WE Collaborators!

I do hope this short Gratitude Note finds you feeling a deep sense of peace, love and abundant blessings during this incredible rebirth of this world in which we inhabit together.

As many of you know, I’ve have recently been gifted with ‘Blessed Down Time’ and have had had the luxury of ‘time’ to give much thought to the sense of discontentment and lack of fulfillment that many people around me seem to be feeling in their lives.

I wish I had all of the answers, but graciously I can only offer you this:

“I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being!” ~ Hafiz

I am currently learning a tremendous amount about balance and the importance of taking time to be still, to rest and be quiet and to spend time in self-reflection. Recently, I have thought much about how I lived this past year and my life until this point.

I found myself being asked: Did I love well? Did I live well? Did I live in peace and feel much happiness? Was I able to sow loving- kindness where there was impatience or rudeness? Was I able to forgive and let go? Was I able to meet all that life brings with equanimity and a stable, unwavering inner peace?

I do hope that you are able to take some quiet time over the next few days to give Gratitude for all of the blessings in your life and to reflect about this past year. I am taking the time to remember all the love I’ve shared this past year. All the moments of melted hearts; all the sweet moments of forgiveness and letting go and opening the heart again to each and every one. May you take time to nourish your beautiful heart and soul now. May Source be alive in you as you rest and express from the deepest truth of your being.

I look forward to continuing the journey TOGETHER in 2011 and I honor the Source within You!

Healing the Dualities Within…

As I have been preparing for the WE ‘Life Celebration’ Experiment there have been so many powerful learning opportunities for me as it seems that the doors to the many dimensions of me are being thrown wide open…

I feel as if I have suddenly been given the most beautiful gift and adventure in my life, the adventure of the union of polarities, the adventure of love and wisdom merging within me for the creation and re-creation of my soul.

It is if I am somehow being propelled into my very own little world of duality, my world of separation, my world of distortion and disharmony, my world of pain and it’s time to come to an end.

I spent much of the weekend completely outside of myself looking inward at a human being learning to live in a new world of embracing oneness. Of embracing me.

Polarities, what a magical word, for it is indeed showing me the ways to bring unity of the many energies that I had worked for years to separate. As I spent this weekend looking inward I consciously watched all the words that I use, the thoughts that I think and the emotions that I experience. It was evident that I seemed to be engaged in a battle to the death of good and evil, right and wrong and light and darkness within my being.

I don’t believe that before this weekend I truly was aware of all of the many levels of polarity within me because I had hidden them even from myself. Every word that I heard or spoke, it was if a giant spotlight were shining upon them and I found myself constantly seeing the dualities within me. I would speak, pause, view the dualities and then allow myself to work backwards to see where the duality was created. Often realizing that much of who I consider my I AM, are all bullshit. In my personal case, much of the time I have just received bad programming or often when I looked there was just ‘File Not Found’ so my fears and insecurities have made up their very own story.

In my life, the perception of duality all seems to revolve around all the different ways in which I have separated myself from others and according to my ‘many programs’ created by the culture in which I was raised. I saw very clearly that most of my life I had indeed kept myself separated into two very different polarities. The evil that I deeply have believed myself to be because of my childhood experiences and then this newer light being that inhabits my being today!

The force of this duality has seemed to be almost incomprehensible and I don’t know if I truly have had an understanding of me as a human being who is responsible for my own creation, responsible for my own connection within the self as a whole, until this moment.

In looking from the outside in, I see me as the human being who has denied the incredible world that resides within the self, the life force, the connection with everything that exists, the world of oneness, and have indeed denied my own divinity in the process.

The union of polarities and duality that I have felt this weekend is so vast and I know that it is a knowledge that does not separate but instead aligns all of me together. I am so grateful for each of you and the part that you have played in allowing me to heal on this very deep level. I am so excited about this Experiment and the possibility of Changing the World with our unified, collective consciousness! Yippy!

With your love and willingness to share this healing space with me, it seems suddenly as if I have some top secret knowledge that feels as if it has liberated me from my own boundaries, by giving me my power back and by giving me back the responsibility of my own life without judgment or need to defend or protect myself and others from …fill in the blank.

What I realized is that I am one and all of me resides within me, the battle between the Union of Polarities resides within me and that being aware of these forces together, instead of separate will bring beautiful manifestations. Oneness! Nothingness!

With this awareness of unity in the self I feel a peace that I don’t believe that I have ever felt before and I feel a deep healing in my core, Peace, the beautiful energy that brings happiness and joy, the natural state of the true human being.

Let it be peace…let the peace be…

This is the perfect example of ‘Don’t GIVE UP! Many times people say to me that ‘I’m Posting my Blogs, but I’m just not getting any response.’ Networking, Marketing and Building Relationships does that time. It’s all about Consistency, Connection and Commitment!

Are YOU a Giver of a Taker

Do you ever feel like you just give and give and give? And that others just take and take and take? Like a sponge?

Do you often feel that people don’t seem to recognize you’re giving and they are taking, so they don’t even appreciate anything you do for them and anything you give to them and anything you feel for them?

It wears you down, doesn’t it?

I remember feeling exhausted before I finally figured all of this out and then, heartbroken.

Until I “got” what I was doing that was having absolutely no impact on the other person(in fact, what I was doing was clearly pushing them away), I just kept doing the same things over and over again. I found myself getting more and more frustrated and discouraged. I believe the definition for that is called ‘Insanity’. LOL

When I finally figured it all out and saw even tiny changes happening within my life, I was thrilled.

All those old guilts about being selfish and having to be the one doing things and taking care of things came up from deep inside me. All those old thoughts about not really deserving came up.

I have learned that we need to “junk” those needy feelings we all have buried deep inside us, and junk the words, body language and “vibe” we put out that LOOKS like “neediness.”

How to do this?

Here’s a Suggestion – We at Whispering Energy call it Heart-Centered LOVE!

First – let me paint you a picture of the difference between Giving and Taking LOVE and Heart-Centered LOVE.

“Giving and Taking LOVE” requires Leaning Forward or Stepping Backward.

You can’t help it. You have to Lean Forward “energetically,” and physically, too, in order to GIVE and when you allow another to Take from you automatically step backward.

Go ahead and try it – wherever you are, standing or sitting, lean forward. Now use your hands – pretend you’re taking wonderful, warm, soft and beautiful feelings from your heart and giving it to someone else.

And imagine them taking it all in and not giving much back.

When we give from this place of neediness, all kinds of things happen. We look to see that the other person has received what we’re giving. We lean forward just noticing where all our giving has landed. We lean forward to see what they THINK about what we’re giving. We lean forward to hear and just “know” what they FEEL about what we’re giving.

And if we keep giving, and get not much back, we start to feel like something’s wrong (and it is).

I don’t know about you, but I had found myself starting to keep score. We start to RESENT that they’re not giving much back, but only seem to be taking.

And for some reason – it’s just so hard for most of us to stop ourselves once we get into a “giving” routine – instead of stopping all our giving – we ramp it up a notch.

We give MORE. And we can’t help it – we start to EXPECT something back. Pretty soon, we’re almost “Giving to GET.” And “giving to get” is just filled with “neediness.”

So let’s reverse it.

Now let’s make a switch to Heart-Centered LOVE.

Lean Back, put your hands at your sides, think “soft,” and imagine a little light – a warm, beautiful inner light – radiating from your heart.

This is the trick that makes Heart-Centered love different from giving from neediness or Fear love:

Just let the little light shine in your heart, let it shine just because it naturally shines (sounds like a song I remember from childhood – “This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine…” – so sing if you feel like singing).

Let your light in your heart shine out so others can see it. Honor yourself first and foremost. Honor the Light that moves through you. Honor the Source that moves through you!

As long as you’re just letting it flow from your heart and your skin. Don’t try to stop it, direct it, show it off, hold it back or send it out. Let it just radiate from deep within you in honesty, honor, respect, integrity, joy and compassion.

STAY Leaned Back. Take a breath, open your palms.

Let the light shine. Don’t push it out or help it out. Don’t try to let anyone know it’s there or help them to see it. Just let it warm YOU on your inside. Let it shine for YOU.

Now forget about it.

That’s right – just forget about whether or not your light is shining.

If want something from others (love, business, assistance) but don’t know how to get it, start with Heart-Centered love for yourself.

When you are in Heart-Centered Love, you just let your love warm YOU. You don’t talk about it or offer it. Your words say nothing about giving. (The entire program of Heart-Centered Networking has been developed on this concept)

When you are coming from Heart-Centered LOVE, it’s an INVITATION. Your body is inviting. You are attracting others to you. You no longer have to push or pull to get people to notice you!

Heart-Centered Love requires only that you open your radiant heart so that others can get close to it.

Heart-Centered Love is Just Being.
