Meet the Wisdom Circle
In indigenous traditions, the wisdom circle is a form of collaborative leadership. A wisdom circle is built on shared knowledge, shared experience, shared potential and a commonly held intention to transform skills, talents and abilities in alignment with inner knowing.
A wisdom circle is a way to create a safe, sacred space within which to be trusting, authentic, caring and open to change. The circle is held to encourage people to connect, to listen and speak from the heart in a spirit of inquiry, with the intention of uplifting one another and those we serve.
A wisdom circle has, as its primary function, the facilitation of forward motion in the forming of communities, connecting from the deep place in the heart.
Mapping the field of facilitation as a circle of wisdom, joined in the heart, is the shared intention of the Whispering Energy core collaborators.
