Greetings Friends,

This past month was so powerful for me as it seems that the doors to many dimensions of me were thrown wide open and I have been graced with a clearer vision of Whispering Energy expanding and growing to levels I could have never dreamed possible until today...

I felt as if I had suddenly been given the most beautiful gift and adventure in my life, the adventure of the union of polarities, the adventure of love and wisdom merging within me for the creation and re-creation of my soul.

It was if I was somehow being propelled into my very own little world of duality, my world of separation, my world of distortion and disharmony, my world of pain and it’s time to come to an end.

I spent much of this week completely outside of myself looking inward at a human being learning to live in a new world of embracing oneness. Of embracing me.

Polarities, what a magical word, for it is indeed showing me the ways to bring unity of the many energies that I had worked for years to seperate. As I spent this month looking inward I consciously watched all the words that I use, the thoughts that I think and the emotions that I experience. It was evident that I seemed to be engaged in a battle to the death of good and evil, right and wrong and light and darkness within my being.

I don’t believe that before this, I truly was aware of all of the many levels of polarity within me because I had hidden them even from myself. Every word that I heard or spoke, it was if a giant spotlight were shining upon them and I found myself constantly seeing the dualities within me. I would speak, pause, view the dualities and then allow myself to work backwards to see where the duality was created. Often realizing that much of who I consider my I AM, are all B.S. In my personal case, much of the time I have just received bad programming or often when I looked there was just ‘File Not Found’ so my fears and insecurities have made up their very own story.

In my life, the perception of duality all seems to revolve around all the different ways in which I have separated myself from others and according to my ‘many programs’ created by the culture in which I was raised. I saw very clearly that most of my life I had indeed kept myself seperated into two very different polarities. The evil that I deeply have believed myself to be because of my childhood experiences and then this newer light being that inhabits my being today!

The force of this duality has seemed to be almost incomprehensible and I don’t know if I truly have had an understanding of me as a human being who is responsible for my own creation, responsible for my own connection within the self as a whole.

In looking from the outside in, I see me as the human being who has denied the incredible world that resides within the self, the life force, the connection with everything that exists, the world of oneness, and have indeed denied my own divinity in the process.

The union of polarities and duality that I have felt this weekend is so vast and I know that it is a knowledge that does not separate but instead aligns all of me together. I am so grateful for each of you and the part that you have played in allowing me to heal on this very deep level.

With your love and willingness to share this healing space with me, it was suddenly as if I have some top secret knowledge that feels as if it has liberated me from my own boundaries, by giving me my power back and by giving me back the responsibility of my own life without judgment or need to defend or protect myself and others fro...fill in the blank.

What I realized is that I am one and all of me resides within me, the battle between the Union of Polarities resides within me and that being aware of these forces together, instead of separate will bring beautiful manifestations. Oneness! Nothingness!

With this awareness of unity in the self I feel a peace that I don’t believe that I have ever felt before and I feel a deep healing in my core, Peace, the beautiful energy that brings happiness and joy, the natural state of the true human being.

Let it be peace...let the peace be...let it begin within you

Pausing at the Precipice Between Fear and Success

~ Whispering Energy 'Celebrated Member of the Month' ~

Standing on the edge, I had to make a decision. Holding the microphone loosely in my extended arm, I argued with myself...could I do this or would I embarrass myself with tears and leave the stage? I was on the precipice of an emotional disaster. I could flee... or stand there and face the fear. "Do it or don’t" my heart murmured, but there is huge expectation sitting before you. Make up your mind-now!

I looked down at my feet and mentally beseeched four of my closest friends to "be with me now, give me strength to stand here, hold me in your hearts, give me wings." With terror gripping me, visioning the spirits of my sisters holding me, loving me, I looked back out onto a sea of 600+ expectant faces. Many of them were leaning forward, urging me, sharing energy, willing me to do this, letting me know that I COULD do it!

Looking to my left, I indicated to the orchestra not to accompany me. Their music had originally confused me, and I lost my balance. The sound that would come from my lips had to be pure. After all, this was a special remembrance for my father, whose favorite World War II songs were "Now is The Hour When We Must Say Good-bye" and "Don’t Sit Under The Apple Tree With Anyone Else But Me." Probably most of you don’t even remember these, but these were regular tunes played and whistled in our home when I grew up in Portland, Maine.

Out of my comfort zone

Yes, that’s it, you’ve guessed what my stage appearance was about. Humbly said, I happen to be an excellent whistler. I even professionally recorded on a CD for my own record label a few years back. My tremulos, high and low, have received many unexpected kudo’s, because I whistle a lot - but NEVER in public. I need to be lost in thought or sitting around a campfire when the melodies spontaneously pop into my mind...and there I go.

But when my husband and I went on a cruise to celebrate our 20th anniversary, I promised myself that I would do some thing to go to my edge while we were sailing the high seas. You see, as a Professional Certified Coach, I am always compassionately challenging my clients (well, I have to admit that this happens with friends and family also) to go to their edge, to get out of their comfort zone, to move forward, maybe even take a quantum leap. And here it was, one day left and I had done nothing courageous. So when a flyer was slipped under our cabin door announcing a passenger talent show that evening, how could I not rise to the challenge!

Full of creative energy, I raced to the sign-up place, returned to the cabin and sunk down on the bed. Oh dear, what had I committed myself to? Unless it’s an emergency, I rarely back out of commitments, so I knew that I had to face my stage fears. After all, I thought, everyone leaves that particular theatre at 10 p.m. after the comedian finishes his act, so of course, no one will be around at 10:30. However...nobody left, and people kept filing in.

Panic before the calm

"Richard," I cried in panic. "I can’t do this! Please get me a double scotch, straight up!"

"All right," he laughed, "but you are going to follow through with this."

Well, you know what happened next-panic, perfect performance and a standing ovation, along with a bunch of happy guys from Kentucky who were stamping their feet and shouting hurrahs!

OKAY, so the point is: Life changes when we conquer the fear of being seen, exposing the real "me"

Many of us get stuck along our journeys because we are fearful of yet one more "thing" that might be necessary to take us to the next level of our lives. We take a few steps, say it’s too hard, too much is being demanded of me, I can’t change, I won’t change, I won’t do it-ahhh, choices, choices-they are all ours to make.

But standing on that stage created a new footprint for me, the courage to let myself be seen in a different light-to accept the "all" of me. Since that cruise, my life has blossomed in ways that I never would have imagined; and I know that magic came into my life with renewed purpose.

I received total clarity with a self-developed specialty called Vision Mapping Strategies. Intuitive gifts burst out of hiding. Suddenly, words flowed through me more easily and I gained success as an author. And now Richard and I own a burgeoning and successful publishing company. I’ve spoken at and given retreats in Europe. I’m totally involved in the Whispering Energy global collaborative organization.

Professionally and Personally: A few honest questions to move you forward

In my profession as a life and business coach, I am all about exposing people to their own passionate truths, helping them see "what’s possible" and how to make a plan to reach that special dream and goal. Some of the questions I might ask are:

What are you truly passionate about?

What is your dream that you keep dreaming, but don’t take any steps toward manifesting? Like, what’s really holding you up?!

Who or what gets in the way of you stepping into your fullness?

Do you want to make different choices, but aren’t sure how to go about it?
