Kali - The Essence of Change

This article is a tribute to the Goddess aspect, the archetypal facet of the jewel that is the Divine Feminine, who has great impact in the area of transition and change. Kali-Ma. Maha Kali. Great Mother, of the Vedic traditions.

Kali is often depicted in a fierce guise, a 'costume' to detract those less than trusting. Her true Essence is that of change ~ of Grace in Transition, the spiritual ~ energetic rebirth process at its most efficient (and sometimes most intense).

The Essence of the archetypal energies of Kali is of endings and beginnings, simultaneous most often, held in the crucible of rebirth ~ for and of any area of your body, life or mind that might be ready for transformation.

Kali energy says "the old must be let go for the new to establish itself. Your changes are always for the best, whether it seems so in the moment or not". Kali showers her love on those who honor the cycles and rhythms of the universal flow ~ which can look like chaos to many, but is full-filled with choice and ever-changing blessings for those who choose to see her energies clearly. The Divine has even the smallest details well in hand, although our minds might argue otherwise. The dance of the universe, our universe ~ receptive/creative (in that order) in nature, is joyous and filled with FUN if we let go and let it BE.

This came in really handy for me because I had been in an accident that left me with many things going on. Both head & spinal injuries. It allowed me to work on many things on my own. Saving the ones that were too big for me for my teachers and friends.

Moving with Kali's heartbeat is entering the dance, the Lila of creation itself, in celebration of heart-centered expressive manifestation.

Kali's energies invite us to create, to weave our lives within the Divine tapestry of beauty, grace and joy.

She asks us not to fear, but to love, to open, to invite the transitions, transformations, the changes that are inevitable, and can be experienced in ease and joy rather than in stress and conflict, if we allow ourselves to be drawn in, to the dance itself. Constantly transitioning energies ARE life Herself! As we allow ourselves to be upheld, uplifted and carried in these currents of Grace, we can choose love in the moment, letting go of fear and trepidation caused by facing what seems to us to be 'unknown'.

As we embrace the Great Mother's energies, we embrace life! We embrace the changes, the transitions, as we 'know' they are always for the best, for our evolution, for the re-alignment of our Souls.

Kali asks us to remember ourselves, our higher vibratory alignment, and to know truly that what might appear as a loss is a new beginning, a rebirth with a clean (or cleaner) slate, a fresh start in some area, a dance-step closer to embodying our authenticity.

Kali is a powerful ally. Call on Her energies, her archetypal essence, when change is upon you, or needed, or you are having difficulty accepting. She will help you, with surgical precision, eradicating any and all fears and doubts, if only you will let Her. She is also known as the embodiment of Mother Nature, cleansing our paths in whatever way is most efficient and most nourishing for our Souls’ journey(s). She pushes us past our current comfort zones, and into our alignments.

Whispering Energy has chosen Kali's archetypal energies as part and parcel of our Wisdom Circle's guidance as we choose to move fully into Flow, individually and collaboratively.
