W.E. have very little ego present. W.E. realize that not all is ours to do, that our contribution to the collaboration is what our role is all about. W.E. are secure and confident in our role with little insecurity or doubt, allowing all collaborators to do what they do best, to vibrate what they vibrate authentically and to trust that all is divinely orchestrated. When a collaborator finds s/he is new to a task or responsibility, WE support that member in stepping up to learn new ways to vibrate and to BE. Allowing for flexibility and fluidity in all of our growth and interactions.
